Cooking Instruction:
Defrost and bring the pack to room temperature before frying. Deep Fry: 1) Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai until hot. 2) Carefully drop the cutlets into the oil and fry until golden brown. 3) When done, place them on a kitchen tissue to remove excess oil, and serve hot with some salad and chutney on the side. Shallow Fry: 1) Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan. 2) Shallow fry the cutlets until they turn golden brown. 3) Serve hot with some salad and chutney on the side.
