Cooking Instruction:
Defrost the Curry Mix and bring it to room temperature. Preparation: Marinate 500g fish with turmeric and salt for 10 mins, then pan-fry in mustard oil and keep aside. Cooking Instructions: 1) Heat 100ml water, add Macher Kalia Instant Curry Mix, and stir until well combined. 2) Add fried fish to the gravy, and cook until thickened. 3) Check seasoning, and serve hot with steamed rice or Polao.
