Cooking Instruction:
Cut open the Kasundi Fish Tikka marinated pouch and transfer the contents to a bowl. Scrape all the marinades sticking to the pouch. Mix the bowl contents to refreshen them. In a non stick pan heat up 2-3 tbsp of oil . In a plate take a hand full of refined flour(maida). When the oil is hot dip each slice of fish with the flour and place carefully on the hot pan. Allow to cook on a low flame and turn sides to cook evenly on both sides to form a golden colour. Serve hot along with wedge of lemon and salad on the side
