Cooking Instruction:
1. Open the shorshe packet and transfer to a bowl. 2. Scrape all the masala from the packet and coat the prawns evenly . 3. Heat up a saucepan or kadai. 4. Add 1 tsp of mustard oil and slide the marinated prawns into the pan. 5. Keep stirring the prawn mixture on a low flame until the marinade becomes slightly thick. 6. Add 50 ml water and allow the prawns to cook. 7. Allow the gravy to be thick (as per your choice). 8. Serve hot with plain steamed rice.
